"What is LST?
Here comes a really quick explanation in under a minute.
First of all it stands for Low Stress Training.
Meaning that we are manipulating the shape of our plant without stressing her too much.
Why are we doing this?
Well, in Low Stress Training we are actually tying down the highest part of our Plant so she grows less tall and more stocky and bushy. Of course this can be done to many branches and multiple times as well.
A lot of Autos profit from LST because all their branches will get more light.
This way we can yield more in the end.
A Tip in the end. I suggest using this rubber or plastic coated wire. It doesn't damage the plant and is reusable as well."
