Gary Sherbet is a brand new addition to our photoperiod collection. By stacking multiple layers of Sherbet influence on top of a Gary Payton base, this new release offers a totally new concept of a unidirectional, layered Sherbet terpene expression. 

Layered Genetics, One Clear Direction

This line starts with Gary Payton crossed with Sunset Sherbet, softening the profile and introducing a creamy, rounded character. It is then pushed further with the addition of Sherbanger, reinforcing the same terpene backbone while adding extra depth and a subtle fuel twist.

For this project, we worked each line from seed, running large in-house selections across multiple plants to identify the phenotypes that best matched our criteria in terms of vigor, structure, and terpene expression. The final cross was made using only the plants selected through this process, ensuring a consistent and well-defined direction.

What comes out of this is a clear Sherbet-dominant stack, where the same terpene backbone runs through multiple generations.

Dessert Cream Meets Gas

The terpene profile is deep, layered, and complex, built around creamy dessert notes, sweet citrus, and a sharper gassy finish that develops over time rather than hitting all at once.

Strong Structure, Heavy Output

Gary Sherbet keeps the best of Gary Payton’s structure, with vigorous growth, solid branching, and dense, well formed buds. The Sherbet side enhances resin production and pushes aromatic intensity further, making it a strong option for both flower and extraction.
