Topping is not generally recommended to do to autos because it can potentially stunt their growth or overstress them. However, If you are experienced with autos and have a healthy plant, it could be worth trying. That being said, LST is recommended over HST if you want to improve yield or control size.

You say keep PH levels around 6.5. I just did 2 of your gorilla G and had excellent results but I let the PH fluctuate a bit(5.8-6.3). Should I keep PH consistently close to 6.5 or fluctuate from 6-7?

Hello, the pH depends on the medium you're growing in, it should be around 6.0-7.0 if you're growing in soil and around 5.5-6.0 for coco and hydro. The pH can fluctuate a bit but as long as it doesn't go too high or too low, you'll be fine.

Bro Autos all should get the most light possible or 24 hours a day. Some guys do 18/6 but its well known that more light with Autos is preferred. So lighting schedule is irrelevant. Focus on the simple things that make a massive difference. Most focus on nutrients. They think if they feed it more or with some special kind of booster that this is what Bud needs. The truth is people fail to acknowledge that temperature, humidity, light intensity, air flow, medium moisture levels are extremely important. To little light can stunt growth as well as to much light. Temperature can also slow of halt growth as well as cause nutrient deficiencies. Humidity can cause mold or mildew it can prevent the plant from taking in nutrients. It can also ruin Terpenes with to low humidity. They essentially burn off with high temps and low humidity. Focus on the environment and give the plant what it needs nutritionally and nothing more. Dont over or under water. Make sure your light is far enough away. The two biggest issues i run into when consulting cannabis grows is to much light yes you heard right or to many nutrients. You cant force feed a plant to produce more. It has a requirement and anything extra is ideal. You want to only feed what it needs. The easiest way to do this is start with a low concentration of nutrition then slowy increase until you see the tips of the leaves turn yellow. This is tip burn and it tells you you're feeding to much.

I use 24 hours especially in the winter. U keep a even heat from the lights that helps with humidity if you do turn lights off in 18-20 hour cycle and humidity spikes. DLI & VPD are a good thing to watch a few videos and learn about. This will take you to the next level. Autos don’t like being over fed either 1-3rd of recommendations. Over feed and u end up with smaller plants than under feeding.

I hope people listen to ur well informed comments! Over feeding I find is one of the biggest mistakes growers make and over watering. And environment is something that is often overlooked. If u have high quality lights they will be way too powerful as they are designed for a 12 hour cycle. Turn them down and go for efficiency. Very good points u made for less experienced growers.

First grow done with the banana purple punch and strawberry gorilla he is so right. I had a problem with all 3, but we still made it out in the end. I had too powerful lights mixed with overwatering and soil with too many nuts in it and it stunted my growth almost the entire way. But it's my first time so I took it slow and steady and fixed the errors I made.

Still finishing up my first grow and despite my best attempts otherwise (see below), the ladies are bulking up into some nice frosty nugs. Things I Did Wrong :D -- Part 1 (For beginners like me or entertainment) ------------------------------------------------------ - Over-watered at the start - Light/Heat Burn mistaken as Over-Nuting - Undernuted Trying to Correct Above - Too High DLI and Too High Temps when Running Light at 75% (KindLED x750 in a 4x4) - Misunderstood Organics vs Synth Nutes for PPMs - Under-watered after the initial over-watering. Need to get a better feel for it. - 5+ Power Outages - Water Quality (Bad Tap to Cal-Mag'd Distilled to "Remineraliz-P"'d Distilled to Natural Spring) - Challenging environment to grow. Low insulation leading to wide environmental swings. Remineraliz-P is a commerical product to make aquarium water from distilled/RO water. Initial testing is showing great promise. Highly recommend to check it out.

Best Strain Ever

There is a easter egg in this strain, this happened to one of the gorilla cookies, turned completely purple and orange, and man, if you get this pheno, you can consider yourself in luck because you will have the best taste to be found in a cannabis plant, fruity sweet and "kush'ish" flavour, brings your taste buds will be lit aswell as your brain and body's CB receptors. 10/10 Had some size issues in the SOG completely unrelated to the strain and 100% soil related, still it produced a big harvest for its size, about 33g dried out of a 20/25cm plant. Get her to full size and u will be pulling huge buds. (Did not finish curing yet).

Gorila Cookies

Start this review off with the best genetics out there. I started this plant off in gaia green living soil with gaia green 444 and 284. This plant surprise me she started off with nods every inch. As she grew, she started bringing in multiple colors of red purples greens she smelt like Berry's with almost a skunk hint. After week 6, I started hitting her with black strap molasses she grew fast and thick with deep orange hair, purple hairs she packed on the crystal like no other by week 10 she had colas the size of water bottles at around 3 feet tall when she was done, she was one of the best strains I've grown will definitely be doing another grow with her. The smoke was smooth, and taste was unbelievable. It definitely recommended that everyone try this strain
