450 individuals were started for this project.
From these, only ~100–110 will be retained as the active breeding population for this generation.
First selection is based on plant strength, development speed and overall structure.
A second selection takes place mid-cycle, where structural traits and terpene expression begin to be evaluated.
The final selection happens shortly before the end of the cycle.
At this point, only 2–3 “keepers” remain — the foundation individuals held to continue development into the next generations.
